Return Bird Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every bird purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and other concerns:
1. Returns
- If you are not satisfied with the birds you received, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- After notification, we will provide a return label for you to ship the birds back.
- Once we receive the birds in good condition, a full refund will be issued for the birds (shipping costs are non-refundable).
2. Deceased or Ill Birds
- If a bird arrives deceased or appears ill:
- Take a clear photo of the bird immediately.
- Email the photo to sales@plumasparadise.com within 48 hours.
- Allow up to 48 hours for a response on non-working days.
- If a bird is deceased upon arrival, a refund will be issued for the cost of the bird only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
3. Bird Gender Notification
- We cannot guarantee gender for certain bird species due to:
- The species being metamorphic.
- The bird being too young to determine gender.
- If the bird’s gender differs from your order, you must provide proof of the bird’s gender to resolve the issue.
4. Responsibility Period
After 48 hours in your care, we are no longer responsible for any concerns not reported within the initial 48-hour period.
