Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you received your order. This policy applies to all brands and products sold on our website, with the exception of Live Birds. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging.
Exemptions:
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Required Documentation:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, and if needed, reach out to your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@plumasparadise.com.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at sales@plumasparadise.com, and send the item to: 92 Germain St Buffalo, NY 14207.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping:
To return your product, mail it to: 92 Germain St Buffalo, NY 14207. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
