Refund and Returns Policy

7-Day Return Policyy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged Items During Transit

If your item was damaged during shipping:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item as proof.
  2. Email the photo to sales@plumasparadise.com.
  3. We will evaluate the situation and determine the next steps.

If the carrier admits fault for the damage, a replacement order will be shipped automatically.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued after the following steps are completed:

  1. The returned item is received at our warehouse.
  2. The item is inspected and approved for a refund.
