Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Orders Over $75.00 (Excluding Live Birds):
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders totaling $75.00 or more, with the exception of Live Birds.
Order Processing:
Available items will be promptly shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. If any items are not currently in stock or are on backorder, a notification will be sent to the customer informing them of the status.
Live Birds Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping fee of $79.99 applies to all Live Birds.
Live Birds Shipping Schedule:
Live Birds are scheduled for shipment on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Wednesdays. Prior to dispatch, Plumas Paradise thoroughly examines each bird to ensure they are in optimal condition for travel. In cases where there are concerns, clients may receive an email containing a photo of the bird/s for approval before the shipment proceeds.
Domestic Shipping Only:
Currently, we’re delighted to provide shipping services exclusively within the United States. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer international shipping at this moment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving our valued customers within the U.S.
Confirmation and Signature Requirement:
For Live Bird shipments, an email confirmation is required to proceed with the dispatch. All Live Bird shipments must be signed for at the time of pickup from the post office, ensuring the safe and secure receipt of your feathered companions.
